Probably not, the staff are very casual and polite, I doubt that would be an issue.
Yes, since it's in Vancouver proper and not downtown, much easier to find parking!
Yes, I think so.
You can purchase one large bowl or pay more for all you can eat.
Yes, you create your own dish. The food is set up similar to a buffet, you take what you want and then it is passed to a cook prepares the meal on a common large metal grill. There is no grill at each table, it is all grilled on a common grill but easily visible by everyone.
Cheap, fresh and delicious. Very nice and friendly customer service. Highly recommended.
This is like the only ayce Mongolian places left in Vancouver that I know of .There used to be one on denman st , but closed down now .This place is awesome !!Highly recommend eating here !
So nice, lots of choices, decent taste, large quantity
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. I've only had Mongolian bbq once years ago and after eating here I wonder why I've waited so long. There's a large selection of meats, vegetables, noodles, and sauces. It's great that you can customize your own meal yourself and watch the chef cook it up within minutes in front of you. The meal comes with soup and rice. It's a great value and nutritious.
I love it, price is based on bowl size and cooked to perfection!
Top notch. I love that the food is fresh and they cook it infront of me. Also I get to pick what sauces go in it and how much
Good fresh vegetables. Tasty sauces that aren't watered down. Efficient, and somewhat friendly staff. A great place to get a tasty, big meal.
Great place for casual dining with ur buddies. They charge by the bowl and not weight so you can put as much as you prefer. Great prices and it includes free miso soup or hot and spicy soup. They also serve bread during dinner time. Kind waitresses and warm environment
It's a bit pricey when comparing the same one in downtown demon st (which is closed due to reconstruction). Most of the stuffs provided are the same except there is an option of hot pot, however there is no clear explanation on the wall poster. Anyway we still enjoy the time of picking our raw food, picking own sauces, and eat freshly cooked. There is many more parking in the back or street (pay parking) or even few blocks away (free non license parking). We definitely need walk around after our meal.
Great selection, legit all you can eat. Very quick service! Friendly wait staff. Lots of extras like rice, soup, and even a dessert come with your meal. Different meats, varying noodle types and sizes. Lots of veggie options and an infinite amount of sauce combos to experiment with. Highly recommend for a casual night out.
I used to be a customer at the Denman location but it looks like Ownership has changed. Food is still good, though prices have gone considerably up for now reason. They have implemented a number-kind of system for when your food is being prepared, but staff seems confused when matching numbers and orders. Better keep an eye on your bowl.
The best Mongolian grill in town lot of different veggie choices. Really nice staff. They have extra spices near the grill so yummy.Good for keto diet you can make a bowl with out noodles I love this place!!! Also they have the best hot n sour soup!!!
I've been savaging this for longer than Google reviews has been around. Pack the meat with another bowl for optimal Mongolian BBQ experience.
Been coming here for over 20 years, it's awesome...
Very nice canteen. It will be better to replace the food in the ad front the canteen because they do not look good
Be careful and don't get the prawns. $4 extra for 4 small prawns - not included in any of the meals. The writing is all peeling off and impossible to see. Very cheesy.
Friendly staff, pricey but reasonable selection of items. Would prefer a cleaner buffet area eg towel was wet and stained. Wasn't busy so no excuse
Very good food and very friendly service! I highly recommend coming here!
I've had a weakness for Mongolian BBQ ever since my days at UCLA, and this restaurant does not disappoint. It is casual and friendly. There is also one thing that I love: They charge extra for all-you-can-eat, but they only charge that if you go back for seconds. Great food.
Yumm. Took advice and put in more sauce. Followed the instructions for teriyaki and added a few other things absolutely delicious. Price is now $15.99 and includes a fill bowl plus rice, soup and a sesame hun.
Service was amazing. Restaurant was clean and well organized. And the pricing is very reasonable
I ve been in so many different mongolian restaurants, but found this one the best.Food quality is excellent. Friendly owner & Staff. Decent price
Great food, great prices! Service was nice and fast. Will come back!
The food was good, but they seem understaffed for busy times. They just have one guy doing the cooking. Watch out for a numbering system they have to queue the cooking. Make sure you put your plate in the next free number.
Always a great dinner or lunch spot!! Eat in or grab and go to the beach 🌴
Great fodd and good price.
Always a good time at mongo. Clean, fast, great service. A staple in the hood.
So fresh taste and quantity is endless as it’s self service. Best noodles place so far
One of the best All-You-Can-Eat Stir Fry's I have been to. Very hole in wall, could walk past it and never know. Love how they charge per bowl, not weight, as well as the All you can eat option. Will go back again and again!
Consistently delicious every single time. I've been coming here for years and have not once been disappointed by the food or service. Try it!!!!
Great food. Would definitely recommend.
This place was originally near Stanley Park (Denman and Robson). Love going there when it was $12 for dinner all you can eat. Now at $19.99 for lunch, it's a bit expensive. But the food is still good and people are very nice and provide good service.
Fresh ingredients.. cheap
One of the great value places I've discovered. Quality is decent for what you're paying and is a buffet. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for filling budget eats
GREAT FOODDD! Very Delicious. Good place to practice your piling skills! :)
For the most of times, their meat and vegetables are fresh. Their sauces are great.
Went for the lunch special. $13.99 which is a great deal considering the amount of food you get. Service was good.
It’s really worth the money you spend. Really fresh vegetables, you pick how much you want to eat and they never run out of food. Their costumer service is good mostly self serve but the servers look after you. Overall pretty great 👍
Good AYCE Mongolian, same buffet setup as other ones. They have a slightly discounted "1 plate" option. Food was good and cooked well!
Yummmmy! For $15.99, we got a bowl of whatever we want and the chef cooked it for us. It also came with a bowl of rice, a pastry, a cream puff to finish off the meal. The fun part is putting our own sauce concoction!
My number 1 favorite place in Vancouver. Customize your food (variety of meets, vegetables, and sauces) and let the chef cook it for you on the hot pan. Besides main food, you get rice, misu soup, and cream puffs!
Fantastic food like last time I was in town. After searching for the 717 Dunbar address I went to 4 years ago, I found the new location. New place, same great experience! A must do for the Mongolian food experience. Enjoy!
Great selection of sauces and good service
My friend and I had a great experience here. Unique ordering process. Food was good and my friend enjoyed the experience. Beer was cold! Will return. Cheers!
This is a classic Mongolian grill that has plenty of options for ingredients. We tried this place after one in downtown closed down. Meat and other food items seemed fresh. They had more variety in food items as well as sauces. Once it was cooked, it was tasty. I like that they have two soup options, one is miso and other is chicken. All you can eat option is 20$ which I find slightly expensive. Going in for lunch or dinner deal is worth it more I believe.
Absolutely fantastic! Best in the lower mainland! If you miss the old location on Main Street, deprive yourself no-longer. Excellent quality and superb price. In and out in no time at all too. Couldn't reccomend more!
Great little spot that offers the best value for what you're paying.Food and service are also very good.Highly recommend
I would say that their price is pretty good however they must improve their food taste. Also, they should change their deceiving way of charging extra money by displaying items which costs extra money outside the all-you-can-eat options. Basically, they keep exclusive items will other items which are included and later on you end up not realizing that you are taking those exclusive items and a massive bill comes up your table where it shows that you have been charged multiple times because you took items that are not included.
